Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026. Get Blipzy ("Blipzy") is a product of The Buddy Labs AI Inc. By creating an account or using Blipzy you agree to these terms.
What Blipzy is
Blipzy is software that helps businesses manage their online reputation: it collects the reviews, comments and messages of the business accounts you connect, drafts and (where you enable it) posts replies in your brand voice, measures your online visibility, and reports on it. Blipzy is a tool that acts on your instructions and on the settings you choose.
Your account and your connections
- You must be at least 18 and using Blipzy for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
- You may only connect accounts (Google, Instagram, Facebook, your own systems) that you have the right to manage. Connecting someone else's account without permission is a breach of these terms and of the platforms' own rules.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for what happens under your account.
Our software, and the license we give you
Blipzy, including its software, design, brand, logos and the systems behind it, belongs to The Buddy Labs AI Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. While your subscription or trial is active we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Blipzy for your own business. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from it, or remove our notices.
Your content stays yours
Your business information, your reviews, messages and the replies you write or approve remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up and display that content only as needed to provide Blipzy to you (for example, to draft a reply, build your private voice profile, or show your public profile page if you choose to share it). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept briefly in routine backups or where the law requires us to retain them.
AI-drafted content is yours to control
Blipzy uses AI to draft replies, captions and other content. You choose the voice, the rules, the avoid list, and whether replies post automatically or wait for your approval. Content posted from your accounts through Blipzy is published on your behalf and is your responsibility, the same as if you had typed it. AI drafts can be imperfect; review settings exist so you can keep any topic in human hands, and you should use them for anything sensitive.
No guarantees of rankings or outcomes
Search rankings, AI-engine visibility, review volume and customer behavior are controlled by third parties and by the market, not by us. Blipzy reports on them and works to improve them, but we do not promise any ranking, score, review outcome, or business result. The review dispute helper drafts removal requests for you to submit; whether a platform removes a review is entirely that platform's decision.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blipzy to: post fake reviews or misrepresent who is speaking; harass, defame or spam anyone; violate the terms of the platforms Blipzy connects to (Google, Meta, Stripe); send messages to people who have asked not to be contacted; or attempt to probe, overload or break the service or access another business's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Outbound messaging and anti-spam laws
When you use Blipzy to send replies, messages or review requests, you are the sender. You are responsible for following the messaging and anti-spam laws that apply to you and your customers, including Canada's CASL, the US CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA, and similar rules elsewhere. That means only contacting people who may lawfully be contacted, honoring opt-outs and requests to stop, and not sending deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages. Blipzy gives you approval controls and avoid lists to help; using them is up to you.
Third-party platforms and services
Blipzy connects to services run by others (Google, Meta, Stripe, and any systems you link yourself). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for keeping your accounts with them in good standing. We are not responsible for those platforms' acts, outages, fees, or decisions, and if one changes or removes access, the related Blipzy features may change or stop.
Plans, trials and billing
- New businesses get a 3-day free trial of everything, no card required. When it ends, your data stays and inbound messages keep being stored, but Blipzy stops acting outward (replies, automations, scans, alerts) until you subscribe.
- Paid plans are billed by Stripe as a monthly subscription per location. Prices are shown before you pay. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period, and amounts already billed are not refunded unless the law where you live says otherwise.
- Blipzy never touches or spends your advertising budget. It has no access to your ad accounts.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Taxes
Prices shown do not include sales taxes (such as GST/HST or VAT) unless stated. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay. You are responsible for any taxes on your own business that arise from using Blipzy.
Early access and new features
We sometimes release features marked as beta, preview or early access. These are offered as is, may change or be withdrawn, and may be less reliable than the rest of Blipzy. Feedback you send us about Blipzy (ideas, bug reports, suggestions) is something we can use freely to improve the product, without any obligation to you.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. How we collect, use and delete it is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can delete a business or your whole account at any time; see the data deletion instructions.
Service and availability
We work to keep Blipzy fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Parts of Blipzy depend on third-party platforms and their APIs; if a platform changes or restricts access, the connected features may change or stop working, and that is outside our control.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Buddy Labs AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of Blipzy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as that law allows.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you posted through Blipzy, an account you connected without authority, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the costs and damages of that claim.
Ending things
You can stop using Blipzy and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that breach these terms, and we may pause a paid plan for non-payment after letting you know. We will tell you why we suspend or end an account unless the law prevents it. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, your responsibilities for posted content) survive termination.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet or hosting outages, failures or changes by the platforms we connect to, natural events, or acts of government.
Sorting out disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at privacy@thebuddylabs.com so we can try to resolve it directly, which is usually the fastest way. If we cannot, these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and disputes belong to the courts of Ontario, unless the consumer-protection law of the place you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away by contract, in which case those rights stand.
The rest of the fine print
- We may transfer these terms to a successor (for example, if the business is sold); you may not transfer your account without our consent.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part is limited only as far as needed.
- Not enforcing a term once does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Blipzy, and replace any earlier understanding on the same subject.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and note the change on this page before it takes effect. Using Blipzy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
How we reach you
We contact you through the email on your account and through notices inside the app. Keep your email current so you do not miss anything important, including changes to these terms or to your plan.
