Disconnect a platform

In the app, go to Settings, Connected accounts and remove Google, Facebook or Instagram. We stop receiving data from that platform immediately and delete the content we imported from it.

Delete your account and everything in it

The fastest way is in the app: go to Settings, scroll to Delete your account, and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your login, your businesses, and all imported reviews, comments, messages and reports. It can't be undone.

Prefer us to do it? Email privacy@thebuddylabs.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Facebook and Instagram data

If you remove Blipzy from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings and privacy, Apps and websites), you can also request deletion of anything we hold from those platforms using the email above. The same 30 day window applies.
